Many different kinds humans inhabit the world of Orden. The phlo are primarily found in Vanigar, making up a majority of the humans in the region. While humans tend to embrace law and gol tend to embrace chaos, the phlo of shift between both like the tides, from one to the other, then back again. Some can even bend law or chaos ever so slightly. They believe that law and chaos require balance.

This is an ancestry for the Draw Steel tabletop RPG, made for the JotT #2: Ancestries of the Timescape game jam.
